How to Delete Your VivaPlayer Account

If you no longer want to use your VivaPlayer account, you can delete it at any time from inside the app. Deleting your account will remove your synced data (such as playlists, favorites and watch history linked to your account) from our servers. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Steps to delete your account

Open VivaPlayer and make sure you’re logged in.
Tap your profile image (or avatar) in the top corner of the screen.
Select “Settings” from the menu.
Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
Read the confirmation message carefully and tap “Confirm” to complete the deletion.

After this, your account will be removed and you’ll be logged out of VivaPlayer on all devices. If you have any trouble deleting your account or believe it was deleted by mistake, please contact us at [info@vivaplayer.tv]() so we can help.

How to Create Your VivaPlayer Customer Account

Follow these steps to create your VivaPlayer account and activate your plan:

Download and open VivaPlayer from your app store.
Choose your language on the “App Language” screen and continue.
Verify your email address on the “Email verification” screen: enter your email, tap Verify, then follow the link or code sent to your inbox.
Sign in to the app using the same email, either with an OTP code or with your password (if you created one).
Go to our website from inside the app by tapping “Go to website”, or visit https://vivaplayer.tv in any browser and log in with the same email.
Choose your plan in the Pricing / Plans section and complete the payment.

|| Once your plan is active, it will be linked to your VivaPlayer account and you can start using VivaPlayer on all supported devices.
