Welcome to the VivaPlayer Affiliate Program. This guide explains how to share your link, track results, and get paid.

1. Your Affiliate Link

When you join the affiliate program, you receive a unique referral link.

👉 You can find it in:

Dashboard → Affiliates → Your unique link

This link is used to invite new resellers to VivaPlayer.

Important

• Every reseller who registers using your link is automatically linked to your account.
• Do not modify or shorten the link unless you know what you’re doing (UTM tracking is allowed).

2. How You Earn Commissions

You earn commissions when:

• A reseller signs up using your affiliate link
• That reseller becomes active and generates revenue
• Commissions are calculated automatically by the system

You can track everything in real time from your Affiliates dashboard.

3. Affiliate Dashboard Explained

In the Affiliates section you will see:

• Affiliated resellers

→ Number of resellers registered through your link

• Total unpaid

→ Commissions earned but not yet paid

• Total paid

→ Commissions already sent to you

• Visits / Conversion

→ How many people clicked your link vs how many registered

4. Setting Up Your Payout Method (IMPORTANT)

Before you can receive payments, you must configure how you want to be paid.

👉 Click “Configure payout method”

You can choose between:

• PayPal
• Bank transfer
• Crypto

If You Choose Crypto

You must correctly enter:

• Currency (example: USDT, BTC, ETH)
• Network / Red (example: TRC20, ERC20, BEP20)
• Wallet address

Please make sure the network (Red) matches your wallet.

If the wrong network is used, funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.

5. Viewing Your Commissions

You can:

• View all commissions earned
• Check payment status (paid / unpaid)
• See which reseller generated each commission

👉 Click “View commissions” from the Affiliates section.

6. Viewing Your Affiliated Resellers

To see all resellers linked to you:

👉 Click “View affiliated resellers”

This helps you:

• Track performance
• Know who is active
• Support your network better

7. Payments & Processing

• Payments are processed by VivaPlayer admins
• Make sure your payout method is configured correctly
• Incomplete or incorrect payout details may delay payment

8. Best Practices for Affiliates

• Share your link on trusted channels only
• Help your resellers get started (this increases your earnings)
• Double-check payout details before saving
• Monitor your dashboard regularly
