How to Create an Account and Start Using VivaPlayer
This guide explains how to create your account, log in, and start using VivaPlayer.
Before you can stream, you must either use credentials from your provider or create your own VivaPlayer account.
Who is this for?
Use this guide if:
- You just installed the app
- You don’t have login credentials yet
- You want to create a new account
- You want to test the free trial
Option 1 — Login with Provider Credentials (recommended)
If your TV service provider already gave you login details, you don’t need to create a new account.
Steps
- Open VivaPlayer
- Select Login
- Enter your username and password
- Add your playlist/server if prompted
- Start watching
Your provider usually supplies:
- Username
- Password
- M3U link or Xtream Codes
- Server URL
Contact them if you’re missing any details.
Option 2 — Create a VivaPlayer Account
You can create an account directly with VivaPlayer.
Method A — From the Web
- Visit: https://app.vivaplayer.tv/register
- Click Create Account
- Fill in your details
- Verify your email
- Login inside the app

Method B — Inside the App
- Open the app
- Tap Create Account
- Complete registration
- Verify your email
- Login
Free Trial Included
New accounts come with a free trial so you can:
- Test the player
- Add your playlist
- Explore features
- Make sure everything works
After the trial ends, you can upgrade your plan anytime.
Adding Your Playlist
- After logging in:
- Go to Add Playlist
- Choose your method:
- M3U URL
- Xtream Codes
- Portal/Server
- Enter the details provided by your service provider
- Save
- Your channels and content will load automatically.

- Channels

- Movies or TV content
- Subscriptions

If you create your account directly through VivaPlayer at https://app.vivaplayer.tv/ or using the in-app portal, you can subscribe and manage everything in one place — including payments, upgrades, and cancellations. This is the recommended option for full control of your subscription.
If you subscribe using in-app purchases through Apple or Amazon, your billing is handled by those stores, and you must manage or cancel your plan from their account settings. To switch to portal billing, first cancel the store subscription,hen subscribe again through the VivaPlayer portal.
