Enable VPN Mode in VivaPlayer

VPN Mode helps route your connection through a private network and avoid local blocks for improved privacy and compatibility with some providers.

Steps

• Open VivaPlayer
• Tap your profile icon
• Go to Settings
• Find VPN Mode (Privacy Mode)
• Toggle it ON

The connection will activate automatically.

Important

• You must have a VPN Mode plan on your account or your provider must enable it for you
• If it’s not included, the toggle may not work
• VPN Mode does not guarantee that all channels or content will work

If you’re unsure, contact your provider or upgrade your plan from the portal.
