How to Refresh Content from Your Provider in VivaPlayer

You can manually refresh your channels, movies, and series to sync the latest content from your provider.

Steps

• Open VivaPlayer
• Tap your profile icon
• Go to Settings
• Tap Update Content
• Wait while the app reloads categories and playlists

You’ll see a loading screen while the content updates.

Important

• The app automatically refreshes every time you open VivaPlayer
• There’s no need to press Update Content multiple times
• Only use it if your provider added or changed content and it hasn’t appeared yet

Refreshing too often will not speed up updates and may slow the process.
